Random moments from July!

Well, July kind of flew by didn't it?! It's just started to feel like summer here. Humid. Hot. Fans at full force. I love it. I haven't been doing a whole lot of artwork but I've been busy just the same. Here's a little snippet of what I've been up to lately......



Playing with my breadmaker....mmm, mmm...there's nothing like fresh, natural bread!

We invited EVERYONE on Joel's softball team over for homemade pizza after the last game of the season. Everyone loved the varieties of homemade, healthy pizza and there was enough to go around. Felt like I was operating a busy pizzeria for one night there!

Threw a surprise baby shower at work for a lovely lady. I enjoyed picking out rubber ducky decorations and being sneaky! It gave me a lot of joy to organize a celebration of life for my friends and co-workers.

Celebrated my 27th birthday! Had beautiful flowers and yummy drinks at work (Shirley Temples, my favorite!!!) Lasagna and ice cream cake with my family.....there's always extra frosting though....

Not sure, but I think I lost that fight.

I've also been making new friends (Hi Gwendolyn!).....

resting more....(the little Siamese Prince does this well).....

and taking some time to be still and ponder the mysteries of life.
